Trained in community development, local economic thinking and nutrition and with a lifetime of catering experience, I'm blending all of these fundamental aspects of human and planetary well-being together to offer good food and in-depth nutrition education in a way that supports local growers and food systems.
We all play a powerful part in our local food systems and aligning this purpose with a fuller understanding of the importance of what we put into our guts, as an intrinsic part of the plant, animal, fungal and bacterial world around us, is essential for our future health and well-being individually, societally and globally.
I work with individuals, groups and as part of events and festivals.
If you're a grower or market gardener, I can also work with you to create bespoke ferments with any vegetable gluts in your life, as a traditionally gut-healthy method of preserving.

Gutsy Feasts - seasonal feasts with a gut-healthy vibe. These can be as simple or as decadent as you feel

Gutsy Growers - I will come to you to create a bespoke ferment with veg of your choice, invite up to 10 people to join

These workshops are offered on a sliding payment scale, inviting an open conversation about your financial circumstances and what I can offer, to reach a mutually happy arrangement.
